FAHMMNY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
(For Students, Users, and Content Consumers)

Welcome to Fahmmny, an educational platform operated via the website https://fahmmny.com (the “Platform”). Fahmmny is based in the Syrian Arab Republic.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and refrain from creating an account or accessing any content.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
Platform
The Fahmmny website, user accounts, dashboards, learning interfaces, and all related tools, features, and services.
User / Student
Any individual who accesses, browses, registers, or uses the Platform or its content.
Content
Educational materials provided on the Platform, including explanations, notes, summaries, videos, recordings, documents, quizzes, or other academic resources.
Contributor
A high-achieving student or individual who prepares and provides educational Content for the Platform.
User Content
Any content submitted by Users, including comments, feedback, questions, or reviews.
2. Nature of the Platform
2.1. Fahmmny is an educational support platform designed to help university students better understand academic subjects. It does not replace universities, lecturers, official curricula, or examinations.
2.2. Content on Fahmmny is prepared by students for students, based on personal understanding, experience, and study methods. Fahmmny does not guarantee completeness, official accuracy, or alignment with every university syllabus.
2.3. Fahmmny does not award degrees, certifications, or official academic credit.
2.4. All Content is provided for educational assistance purposes only. Users remain fully responsible for their academic performance, exam results, and compliance with their university’s rules.
3. Account Registration
3.1. Certain features require account registration. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law.
3.2. You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and current information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity occurring under your account
3.3. Fahmmny is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account use unless required by law.
3.4. Fahmmny may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, abuse, academic dishonesty, or violation of these Terms.
4. Content Access and Use
4.1. Fahmmny may offer free and paid Content. Access levels, features, or availability may change at any time.
4.2. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, exam success, or academic outcomes.
4.3. You may use Content only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
4.4. You may not:
Share paid Content with others
Record, copy, redistribute, sell, or publish Content
Upload Content to other platforms or groups
Use Content to compete with Fahmmny
5. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)
5.1. Fees, subscriptions, or paid access (if offered) are displayed on the Platform.
5.2. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.3. Fahmmny may modify pricing, access models, or features at any time.
6. Academic Integrity Disclaimer
6.1. Fahmmny does not assist with cheating, impersonation, exam fraud, or plagiarism.
6.2. Users must not submit Fahmmny Content as their own work where prohibited by university policies.
6.3. Fahmmny bears no responsibility for disciplinary action taken by educational institutions.
7. User Conduct
You must not:
a) misuse the Platform or access Content unlawfully;
b) share accounts or paid materials;
c) harass Contributors or other Users;
d) upload misleading, harmful, or abusive content;
e) attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Platform;
f) interfere with Platform security or availability.
Fahmmny may suspend or terminate accounts without notice where necessary.
8. Data and Privacy
8.1. Fahmmny collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Syrian laws and its Privacy Policy.
8.2. Data may include account details, usage activity, learning preferences, and technical identifiers.
8.3. Fahmmny does not sell personal data.
8.4. Platform analytics, learning behavior insights, and aggregated data remain the exclusive property of Fahmmny.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All Platform software, designs, structure, branding, and Content are owned by Fahmmny or its licensors.
9.2. No ownership rights are transferred to Users.
9.3. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Content is strictly prohibited.
10. User Content
10.1. Users may submit feedback, comments, or questions.
10.2. You grant Fahmmny a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and adapt User Content for Platform purposes.
10.3. Fahmmny may remove User Content at its discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fahmmny is not liable for:
academic performance or exam results;
inaccuracies or omissions in Content;
reliance on explanations provided by Contributors;
loss of data, time, or opportunity.
11.2. Fahmmny is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11.3. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the last three months.
11.4. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Suspension and Termination
12.1. Fahmmny may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
12.2. Upon termination, all rights to use the Platform cease immediately.
12.3. Certain data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
Courts of Syria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
Fahmmny may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
